Data Licence

When you pull or look up a record, you are licensed to use that data for your own lawful business purposes. You do not own the underlying data, and this licence does not transfer any ownership right in it.

A Data Pool record may be licensed to more than one member — currently up to 5 members may hold the same record at the same time. Other members holding the same record is expected and is not a defect.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the underlying data (including phone numbers, e-mail addresses, or owner information) with any third party as a standalone data product, list, or feed. You may use it internally to run your own outreach and business.

You may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to extract data from the site beyond the normal pull and export features made available to your account and plan.

Phone numbers flagged as Do-Not-Call (DNC) or associated with a known litigator are marked with a warning. We may hide some of them, and show them only after you confirm you hold a valid DNC subscription that covers your calling. What we hide can change.

You are solely responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), state do-not-call lists, and every other law that applies to how you contact a person on a record, regardless of any flag shown or not shown on the record.

If someone asks to be removed from outreach or from our data, tell us and we will suppress that person's information from future pulls and exports. You must also stop contacting them yourself.

A Data Pool record is refreshed periodically and is retired from the pool after a period of time, after repeated bad-data reports, or on a suppression match. Records you already claimed into your own account stay in your records after the pool copy retires.
