Data Pool: homeowner records by county or state

What is the Data Pool?

It is a list of homeowners you can pull by county or by whole state. The records are shared. Up to 5 members can hold the same property, so it is not an exclusive lead.

• Off-market homes only. Homes listed for sale are left out.
• Individual owners only. Companies, trusts, estates, banks and government owners are left out.
• A phone or an e-mail on every record. A property with neither is not delivered.
• Do-Not-Call and litigator flags on every number.

The data comes from public records plus licensed data partners. Read the Data Licence for what you may do with it.

How does a pull work?

You pick an area and filters. We show how many properties match. When you pull, we fetch the owners, and you pay only for the properties we deliver.

1. Choose a state, then a county or the whole state.
2. Add filters, or tap a quick pick.
3. Check the match count. Looking is free.
4. Pull 25, 100, 250, 500 or all that match, or type your own number.
5. Open your records in My Records. Export a CSV or add them to MyCRM.

How much does the Data Pool cost?

Each property costs $0.20, paid from your wallet. Property data adds $0.20 per property. Looking up one address costs 2 properties, and nothing if no record is found.

Property data is the estimated value, equity, assessed value, beds, baths and year built. Free properties come from your account manager.

Which filters can I use?

You can filter by place, property type, size, value, equity and the owner's situation. A quick pick sets the filters to a common reason to sell with one tap.

• Place: state, county and ZIP code.
• Property type: single-family, multi-family, condo, townhouse (house or condo), mobile home.
• Beds and baths: a minimum for each.
• Home value: Under $200k, $200k – $600k, $600k – $1M, $1M and up.
• Equity: at least 20%, 40%, 60% or 80%.
• Owner occupied: the owner lives in the home.
• Why they might sell: absentee owner, vacant home, pre-foreclosure, behind on taxes, high equity, inherited, tired landlord, owned free and clear.

How is the Data Pool different from an exclusive lead?

An exclusive lead is one homeowner who wants to sell for a cash offer, sold to one buyer. A Data Pool record is a homeowner from a list, shared with up to 5 members.

What if a record is wrong?

Report it from My Records. If you paid for it with wallet money, we add 1 free property to your account, up to a monthly limit. Data Pool records have no refunds.

• A record you took with a free property gets no replacement.
• If you say the phone is disconnected, we hide that number for everyone.
• The data is delivered right away, so it cannot be returned.
