Exclusive seller leads, sold to one buyer

An exclusive seller lead is a homeowner who wants to sell for a cash offer. We sell each one to a single buyer, at a fixed price from $99 to $349 set by its grade. You read the card before you pay. Every exclusive lead is guaranteed for 5 days: a 5-day refund window if it is not as described.

What is an exclusive seller lead?

It is a homeowner who wants to sell for a cash offer. We sell the lead to one buyer only. Once you buy it, it leaves the feed and no one else can have it.

  • The seller wants to sell for a cash offer.
  • The home is off-market.
  • Many are motivated or distressed sellers: behind on payments, in pre-foreclosure, or selling an inherited home.
  • One buyer, sold once.
  • The price is fixed, and you see it before you pay.

A shared lead goes to many buyers who all call the same seller. Read shared vs exclusive leads to see the difference.

How does a lead reach me?

Sellers find us and tell us about the home. We confirm the seller, grade the lead, then list it for one buyer. The picture below shows each step.

We do not promise that a seller will sell. A grade is a guide to how likely a sale is, not a promise.

How a lead reaches youStep 1: Sellers find us. Sellers reach us through Google, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and search, or through our phone and e-mail outreach. Step 2: They tell us about the home. They answer questions about the home, their timeline and why they want to sell. Step 3: We confirm the seller. We confirm the seller: a text code for online requests, or a real conversation for phone outreach. Step 4: We grade the lead. We grade it by how likely the seller is to sell soon. Step 5: One buyer gets it. It is listed for one buyer and sold once. We don't sell it again on our own.1Sellers find usSellers reach us through Google,Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and search, orthrough our phone and e-mail outreach.2They tell us about the homeThey answer questions about the home, their timeline and why they want to sell.3We confirm the sellerWe confirm the seller: a text code foronline requests, or a real conversationfor phone outreach.4We grade the leadWe grade it by how likely the seller isto sell soon.5One buyer gets itIt is listed for one buyer and sold once.We don't sell it again on our own.

How does grading work?

Every lead gets a score from 0 to 100 that shows how likely the seller is to sell soon. The score sets the grade, from A+ to C. The grade sets the price.

Lead grades, what they mean and what each costs
GradeWhat it meansPrice
A+Most likely to sell soon.$349
AVery likely to sell soon.$249
BCould sell soon.$169
CNot likely to sell soon, or no clear plan.$99
Lead grades, what they mean and what each costs

Every lead gets a score from 0 to 100. The score sets the grade. It shows how likely the seller is to sell soon.

  • How soon they want to sell: up to 40 points.
  • Why they sell: up to 30 points.
  • Fit for a deal, like an empty home or repairs: up to 15 points.
  • Room to make an offer, like owning the home free and clear: up to 10 points.
  • Not working with an agent: up to 5 points.

An A+ needs 80 points or more, an A needs 65, and a B needs 45. A grade is a guide. It does not promise that a seller will sell. Our team can change a grade when they review a lead.

What do I see before I buy, and what do I get after?

Before you buy, the card shows the facts we checked. After you buy, the seller's name, phone number and exact address unlock. The lead is yours alone.

Common questions

Is every lead sold to only one buyer?

Yes. Each exclusive lead is sold once. After you buy it, no one else can.

How much does a lead cost?

Each lead shows one fixed price before you buy: $99 for grade C, $169 for B, $249 for A and $349 for A+. A plan does not change the price.

Do I need a plan or a card to start?

No. A free account lets you look at leads. You add funds only when you buy. A plan is optional. It adds early access to new leads, plus auto-buy. Its fee comes back to you as wallet credit.

How long do I have to ask for a refund?

Every exclusive lead is guaranteed for 5 days: a 5-day refund window if it is not as described. After that the claim form is closed for that lead.

What do I get back?

When the lead is not as described, the price you paid goes back to your wallet as credit. It is not paid back to your card. If a bonus paid part of the price, that part goes back to your bonus balance. A lead you took with your welcome gift goes back to the gift.

What are the rules for calling and texting sellers?

We flag numbers on the Do-Not-Call list, plus known litigators. You are responsible for following the calling and texting laws, like the TCPA. Stop when someone asks you to.

How is this different from the Data Pool?

The Data Pool is a separate, shared product: homeowner records that up to 5 members can hold at once. An exclusive lead is never shared.
