DrivenSellers pricing: listed lead prices, optional plans and your wallet
Each exclusive lead has one listed price set by its grade, from $99 for C to $349 for A+. You see it on the card before you buy and pay it from your wallet. No plan is required. A plan fee goes into your wallet as credit. It does not discount leads.
What does one exclusive lead cost?
$99 for grade C, $169 for B, $249 for A and $349 for A+. The price is the same for every buyer, and you see it on the card before you pay.
| Grade | What it means | Price per lead |
|---|---|---|
| A+ | High urgency, clear equity, motivated seller. Call right away. | $349 |
| A | Solid motivation, selling soon, realistic expectations. | $249 |
| B | Worth nurturing: a longer timeline or retail price hopes. | $169 |
| C | Cold: testing the market, or low equity with no hurry. | $99 |
There is no bidding on the feed and no member price. A lead is sold once, to one buyer, and leaves the feed when it is bought.
For that price you get a homeowner who wants to sell for a cash offer, and a card you read before you pay. It shows the grade, the area, why they sell, how soon, occupancy, repairs, listing status and equity. The seller's name, phone number and exact address unlock after you buy.
- A grade is a guide to how likely the seller is to sell soon. It is not a promise of a signed contract.
- Inventory varies. What is on the feed in your counties today is what you can buy today.
- Price is per lead, not per outcome. Your cost per signed contract depends on how many leads you buy, how fast you call and how you negotiate. The cost per contract calculator works it out from your own numbers.
What do I pay to start?
Nothing. A free account needs no card. You open lead cards and set a buy box first. Money moves only when you add funds to buy a lead or choose a plan.

Do I need a plan?
No. You can buy any lead at its listed price with no plan. A plan is for buyers who want to see new leads sooner or let a buy box buy for them.
| Plan | Fee, added to your wallet each month | New leads, before everyone else | Price of a lead |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $99 | 15 minutes early | The listed grade price |
| Growth | $299 | 30 minutes early | The listed grade price |
| Scale | $999 | 60 minutes early | The listed grade price |
What a plan changes:
- Early access. A new lead that fits a plan member's buy box can be bought before it shows to everyone else. Without a plan, some leads are already gone when you look.
- Auto-buy. AutoMatch alerts and holds work on every account: a held lead is yours for 15 minutes. Auto-buy, up to a monthly cap you set, is for plan members.
What a plan does not change:
- The lead price. A plan gives no per-lead discount. A member pays $249 for an A lead, the same as a buyer with no plan.
- The refund window. It is 5 days with or without a plan.
Plans run month to month and you can cancel in Billing. The plan stays active until the end of the paid month, and credit already added to your wallet stays in your account. Cancelling does not on its own refund the current month; you can ask about it in a support ticket.
How does the wallet work?
Every purchase comes out of your wallet. You fill it three ways: funds you add, a plan fee that is credited to it, and credit for a lead you reported in time and we approved.
The one rule that matters: a plan fee is prepaid lead money, not an extra cost on top of your leads. If the fee pays for leads you were going to buy anyway, your cash for the month is the same as with no plan. If you buy fewer leads than the fee covers, the rest stays in your wallet.
| Case | Lead charges | Cash you pay | Wallet at month end |
|---|---|---|---|
| No plan, 10 C leads | $990 | $990 | $0 |
| Starter, 10 C leads | $990 | $990 | $0 |
| Starter, no leads bought | $0 | $99 | $99 |
| Growth, 1 C lead | $99 | $299 | $200 |
| $100 already in the wallet, Starter, $150 of leads | $150 | $99 | $49 |
Read the second row against the first. The Starter fee plus the funds you add comes to $990, the same as with no plan. It is never $1,089: the plan paid for part of the leads.
Example: a mixed month with no plan
Try your own month
- Cash you pay this month
- $990
- Plan fee, added to your wallet
- $99
- Funds you add for the leads
- $891
- Net cost of your leads
- $990
- Wallet at month end
- $0
A plan fee is prepaid lead money. If it pays for leads you were going to buy anyway, your cash is the same as with no plan.
What if a lead is not as described?
Every exclusive lead is guaranteed for 5 days: a 5-day refund window if it is not as described. An approved request puts the price back in your wallet as credit.
- Where to ask: open MyCRM, find the lead and choose Request refund, or file the claim from your purchases in Billing.
- Once per lead. Each purchase gets one claim.
- Where the money goes: back to your wallet as credit. Any part you paid with bonus funds returns to your bonus balance. It is not paid back to your card.
- After a refund the lead leaves the feed, and you cannot buy it again.
5 days is short, so call new leads the day you buy them. Other providers state other windows; the provider comparisons set them side by side. The full wording is in the refund policy.
What does the Data Pool cost?
The Data Pool is priced separately: $0.20 per property, or $0.40 with property data. It is a shared list of homeowner records for your own prospecting, not an exclusive lead.
| Data Pool item | Price |
|---|---|
| One owner record | $0.20 per property, from your wallet |
| Property data (estimated value, equity, assessed value and more) | $0.20 more per property |
| Single address lookup | 2 properties; nothing is used if no record is found |
Records are delivered at once and cannot be returned. If a record you paid for from your wallet is wrong, report it and we add 1 free property, up to a monthly limit. A single address lookup uses 2 properties.
Do not compare a $0.20 record with a $99 lead as if they were the same purchase. A record is a name to prospect: most owners on a list have not said they want to sell, and you still pay for the calls, texts or mail.
What should I check before my first lead?
Set a buy box, read the card against it, check the price against what one lead is worth to you, buy only the leads that fit, and call them the same day.
- Set a buy box: the lowest grade, your counties and the highest price you will pay.
- Read the card. Check why they sell, how soon, occupancy, repairs, listing status and equity against your buy box.
- Check the listed price against what one lead is worth to you.
- Buy only the leads that fit, and call them the same day.
- If a lead is not as described, report it within 5 days.
