Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026 · Last updated October 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information DrivenSellers collects and how we use it.

1. What we collect

Account information you give us (name, e-mail, password, company details), the counties and preferences you tell us about, and records you purchase or pull.

How you found us and how you use the site: referral source, UTM and campaign parameters, click identifiers, and product usage events (for example, signing up, verifying your e-mail, pulling a property, or making a purchase).

2. E-mail verification

We send a one-time link to confirm you own the e-mail address on your account. We keep a record that verification happened and when.

3. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technology to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

4. Who we share information with

We share information with the vendors who help us run the service: a payment processor to handle billing and card payments, and a data provider we use to look up property and contact records on your behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. Contact us using the address below to make a request.

6. Our ads, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

It tells Meta when someone signs up or makes a first deposit.

The Pixel in your browser sends Meta the pages you visit, those two events, and your browser details.

It also sets Meta cookies in your browser.

Our servers send those two events to Meta as well.

With each event we send your IP address, plus a scrambled (hashed) e-mail, phone number, and account ID.

We also send the Meta cookie values, so Meta can match the event to an ad.

Scrambled means no one can read the original back from it.

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used. It records how you use our pages, including clicks, scrolling, and what is shown on your screen, to improve the service. Password fields are not recorded, and card details you type are handled by our payment provider, not recorded by Clarity.

You can opt out in your browser settings or in your Meta ad preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences. You can also contact us using the details below.

7. Contact
