DrivenSellers facts: prices, plans, credits and limits

DrivenSellers is a US marketplace where real estate investors buy exclusive seller leads, one buyer per lead, at listed grade prices from $99 to $349, with no plan required. We also sell the Data Pool, a separate product of shared homeowner records for prospecting.

Exclusive seller leads

An exclusive seller lead is a homeowner who wants to sell for a cash offer. Each one is sold once, to one buyer, at a listed price set by its grade.

  • Price: $99 for grade C, $169 for B, $249 for A and $349 for A+, per exclusive lead.
  • Grades: A+ is the lead most likely to sell soon and C is cold or only testing the market. The grade is a guide, not a promise of a sale.
  • Before you buy, the card shows the grade, the listed price, the area, why they sell, how soon, occupancy, repairs, listing status and equity. The seller's name, phone number and exact address unlock after you buy.
  • Exclusivity: the lead is sold to one buyer through DrivenSellers and leaves the feed when it is bought. The owner can still talk to other buyers through other channels.
  • No membership is required to buy a lead. Paid plans are optional.

Optional plans and the wallet

Leads are paid from your wallet. Plan fees and approved credits are added to it. A plan changes when you see new leads and whether auto-buy is on, never the price of a lead.

  • Plans: Starter $99, Growth $299 and Scale $999 a month. Each plan fee is added to your wallet as credit.
  • What plans add: new exclusive leads 15, 30 or 60 minutes before everyone else, depending on the plan, auto-buy up to a monthly cap, and a priority account manager.
  • What plans do not change: a plan gives no per-lead discount. Leads stay at their listed grade price.
  • Cancelling: plans are month to month and can be cancelled in Billing. Cancelling does not on its own refund the current month.

Credit for a lead that is not as described

Every exclusive lead is guaranteed for 5 days: a 5-day refund window if it is not as described.

  • How: open MyCRM and choose Request refund on the lead, or file the claim from your purchases in Billing. One request per lead.
  • Remedy: the price goes back to your wallet as credit, with any bonus-funded part returned to the bonus balance. It is not paid back to your card.
  • A refunded lead leaves the feed and cannot be bought again.

Data Pool (a separate product)

The Data Pool is a shared list of homeowner records you pull by county or state, for your own prospecting. Up to 5 members can hold the same record.

  • Price: $0.20 per property from your wallet.
  • Optional property data (estimated value, equity, assessed value and more): $0.20 more per property.
  • A single address lookup uses 2 properties. If no record is found, nothing is used.
  • Records are delivered at once and cannot be returned. A wrong record can be reported for a free property.

Account and tools

A free account needs no card. You add funds only when you buy a lead or choose a plan. Bought leads land in MyCRM.

  • Welcome gift: Talk to your account manager to unlock 2 free leads or 20 free properties.
  • AutoMatch: alerts you to matches, holds a matching lead for you for 15 minutes, or, for plan members, buys it for you up to a monthly cap.
  • MyCRM: every bought lead lands there, with stages from New to Closed, follow-up dates, notes and a CSV export. See how MyCRM works.
  • Outreach: once a lead is bought, you are responsible for following federal and state calling and texting rules, including Do-Not-Call lists.

What do we not promise?

We do not promise that a seller will sell, that you will sign a contract or that you will close a deal. A lead is a warm start, not a deal.

  • No contract or close promise. A grade is a guide to how likely a seller is to sell soon.
  • No exclusivity beyond our platform. One buyer through DrivenSellers; we cannot stop an owner from talking to anyone else.
  • No live inventory figure. What is on the feed in your counties is what is available.
  • No unconditional refund. Approved requests are wallet credit, within 5 days, once per lead.
