DrivenSellers is a marketplace where real estate investors buy exclusive seller leads. Each lead goes to one buyer, at a fixed price from $99 to $349 set by its grade. We also run the Data Pool, a shared list of homeowner records by county or state, at $0.20 per property.
What is DrivenSellers?
DrivenSellers is an online marketplace for real estate investors. We sell off-market seller leads: homeowners who want to sell for a cash offer. Every lead is sold to one buyer only.
We check each lead before it goes live. The lead card shows what we found: why the owner wants to sell, how soon, whether the home is vacant, what repairs it needs, whether it is listed, and how much equity there is. Every lead gets a grade from A+ to C that shows how likely the seller is to close soon.
The seller's name, phone number and exact address unlock the moment you buy the lead. After that the lead is yours alone. No other buyer can get it.
Who is DrivenSellers for?
It is for people who buy homes: wholesalers, fix-and-flippers, landlords, investors and agents in the United States. They want to talk to owners who may sell, without cold lists or a crowd of other callers.

How do exclusive leads work?
You pick a lead, read its card, and pay its fixed price from your wallet. The price is set by grade: $99 for C, $169 for B, $249 for A and $349 for A+. Once sold, a lead leaves the feed.

- Verify your e-mail, then set your buy box so we can alert you to leads that fit.
- Read the card, pay the listed price from your wallet, and call the owner.
- Work the lead in MyCRM, from the first call to a signed contract.
A plan is optional. It adds early access to new leads and auto-buy, and its fee comes back to you as wallet credit. A plan does not change the price of a lead. See the guide to exclusive seller leads for the full rules.
What is the Data Pool?
The Data Pool is a separate product: homeowner records you pull by county or whole state, with a phone or an e-mail. It costs $0.20 per property, and up to 5 members can hold the same record. It is not an exclusive lead.
- Individual owners only. Companies, trusts, estates, banks and government owners are left out.
- Off-market homes only. Homes listed for sale are never counted.
- Add property data for $0.20 more per property: estimated value, equity, assessed value and more.
- Look up one address for 2 properties. If no record is found, nothing is used.
- Numbers on the Do-Not-Call list and known litigators are flagged on every record.

What do we promise, and what do we not?
We promise that an exclusive lead is sold to one buyer, and that you have 5 days to tell us if it is not as described. We do not promise that a seller will sell, or that you will close a deal.
If we approve a refund request, the price goes back to your wallet. Data Pool records are delivered at once, so they cannot be returned. If one is wrong, you can report it. The full wording is in the refund policy and the terms.
A grade is a guide, not a promise. How you reach an owner is your responsibility: follow the federal and state calling and texting laws, check the Do-Not-Call lists, and stop when an owner asks.
How can I try DrivenSellers?
