Seller lead guides for real estate investors
These guides explain, in plain words, how seller leads work and how to choose between them. They are written for wholesalers, flippers, landlords and agents who look for off-market deals and want to talk to owners who may sell for a cash offer, including distressed sellers. How are these guides kept honest?
Each guide quotes the real rules of the product, and none of them promises a deal. When a rule changes, the guide changes, and the date at the top shows when it was last checked.
- Prices are the real list prices: $99 to $349 for an exclusive lead, and $0.20 per property in the Data Pool.
- Every exclusive lead is guaranteed for 5 days: a 5-day refund window if it is not as described. Delivered Data Pool records cannot be returned.
- We say what a grade means, and what it does not. A grade is a guide, not a promise that a seller will sell.
- Every guide reminds you to follow the calling and texting laws, and to stop when an owner asks.
- Foreclosure and probate guides say that they are not legal advice.

Common questions
Short answers about the guides and the leads they cover.
What are these guides for?
They explain how seller leads work for wholesalers, flippers, landlords and agents: what a grade means, how exclusive and shared leads differ, and where off-market deals come from.
Are DrivenSellers leads exclusive?
Yes. Each exclusive lead is sold to one buyer only. The Data Pool is a separate, shared product with up to 5 members per record.
How much does a seller lead cost?
Each lead has a fixed price set by its grade, from $99 for grade C to $349 for grade A+. The price is shown on the card before you buy.
Can I try DrivenSellers before I pay?
Yes. A free account needs no card. You can open lead cards and add funds only when you decide to buy.
Do the guides give legal advice?
No. They are general information. Foreclosure and probate rules differ by state, so ask a local attorney. Follow the calling and texting laws whenever you contact an owner.
