DrivenSellers vs iSpeedToLead: listed prices or a member price
Choose DrivenSellers to buy individual exclusive leads at one listed grade price, $99 to $349, with no plan. Choose iSpeedToLead if you want a 21-day request window, several automatic buying modes, or a club member price you will use often.
How do the two exclusive leads compare?
Both sell an exclusive lead to one buyer and let you read the card first. The difference is how the price is set and what you commit to: a listed price by grade here, a club price there.
iSpeedToLead sells several tiers. Only its Exclusive tier is the same kind of purchase as a DrivenSellers lead: one buyer. This table compares those two.
| Provider | Who picks the lead | Price | To start | Who else can get it | Request window and remedy |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| DrivenSellers | You. Read the card, then buy the lead you want | Listed price by grade: $99 (C), $169 (B), $249 (A), $349 (A+). The same for every buyer | Nothing. A free account needs no card. Optional plans (Starter $99, Growth $299, Scale $999 a month) are added to your wallet | Sold once, to one buyer, through DrivenSellers | 5 days from purchase, one request per lead. Approved requests go back to your wallet as credit |
| iSpeedToLead (Exclusive tier) | You, in its LeadFeed. It also offers automatic buying by bid priority (AutoMatch) and by monthly county budget (Fixed Price Mode) | Exclusive from $199 for Coupon Club members; a stated regular exclusive price of $399 | Not required to use the marketplace. The member price needs the Club: $199 a month or $999 a year | Exclusive tier sold to one buyer. Active and Sale leads are shared | 21 days on Exclusive and Active leads, for listed reasons such as an unreachable seller or a property already under contract. Its pages use both "refund" and "credit" |
Both rows describe a lead sold to one buyer. The shared Active and Sale tiers are a different purchase and are covered below. Competitor terms are read from each provider's own pages and were last checked on October 16, 2026.
On our side, each lead is sold once, to one buyer, through DrivenSellers. Neither company can stop an owner from talking to other investors, agents or buyers through other channels.
Who should pick which?
Pick iSpeedToLead if the request window, automatic modes or a member price matter most. Pick DrivenSellers if you want one listed price, no subscription and a card you read before every purchase.
Pick iSpeedToLead if:
- A 21-day request window matters more to you than price structure.
- You want automatic delivery by bid priority (AutoMatch) or a budgeted auto-buy by county (Fixed Price Mode).
- You buy exclusive leads often enough that a club membership lowers your total cost.
- You are happy to buy shared Active or Sale leads to cut the cost per lead.
Pick DrivenSellers if:
- You want one listed price per grade, the same for every buyer, with no member price to qualify for.
- You buy a few exclusive leads at a time and do not want a subscription to reach a good price.
- You want a plan, if you ever take one, to fund your wallet rather than sit as a separate fee.
- You are ready to work each lead within 5 days.
How do the buying modes differ?
DrivenSellers has one buying path with alerts, holds and plan-member auto-buy. iSpeedToLead describes four: a browse-and-buy feed, bid-priority delivery, a county budget mode and a member club.
DrivenSellers: you set a buy box, read the card and pay the listed price from your wallet. The grade sets the price. Plan members see new leads early and can switch on auto-buy; everyone gets alerts and holds.
- LeadFeed: browse and buy. Its pages state the grade, price and key details are visible before purchase.
- AutoMatch: exclusive leads delivered automatically by bid priority. Bids start at $100 a lead.
- Fixed Price Mode: automatic buying in chosen states or counties on a monthly budget.
- Coupon Club: a membership that sets lower member prices.
Its pages say the marketplace has no long-term contracts or monthly minimums, so both companies let you buy without a required plan. iSpeedToLead gives you more automatic ways to buy. DrivenSellers keeps one listed price per grade.
When does a paid club beat a listed grade price?
For a small or occasional buyer, our listed prices cost less than its regular exclusive price at every grade. For a frequent buyer who joins the club, its member price can cost less than our A and A+ prices.
Our price depends only on the grade. Its exclusive price depends on whether you are a club member, and $199 is a "from" price: treat the club column as a floor, not a quote. Grades are also not comparable between the two companies, because each grades by its own method.
| Leads in the month | DrivenSellers, no plan | iSpeedToLead, regular price | iSpeedToLead, monthly club |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 lead | $99 to $349 | $399 | $199 + $199 fee = $398 or more |
| 3 leads | $297 (all C) to $1,047 (all A+) | $1,197 | $597 + $199 fee = $796 or more |
| 6 leads | $594 (all C) to $2,094 (all A+) | $2,394 | $1,194 + $199 fee = $1,393 or more |
- Small or occasional buyer: our listed prices cost less than its stated regular price of $399 at every grade, and you pay no fee.
- Frequent buyer: at the $199 member floor, the $199 monthly fee is covered at about 2 leads against our A+ price and about 4 leads against our A price. It would not beat our B or C prices at any volume. The yearly club option ($999 a year) lowers the fee per month.
- A DrivenSellers plan is not a fee in this sense. Its fee goes into your wallet and pays for leads. It does not lower the lead price either.
It also states a 60-day money-back guarantee on the club subscription itself. That covers the membership fee, not individual leads.
Its shared tiers are a different product. Active leads (limited buyers) list from $59 and Sale leads (up to 5 investors) from $39 for members. They cost less because other investors can buy the same lead. Do not set a $39 shared lead beside a $99 exclusive lead as if they were the same purchase.
Request windows: 5 days or 21?
This is iSpeedToLead's clearest advantage. It states 21 days to request a refund on Exclusive and Active leads. We give 5 days from purchase, once per lead, with approved credit back to your wallet.
| DrivenSellers | iSpeedToLead | |
|---|---|---|
| Window | 5 days from purchase | 21 days |
| Which leads | Every exclusive lead | Exclusive and Active; Sale leads are not listed as eligible |
| Reasons | The lead is not as described | Listed reasons, including an unreachable seller, a property already under contract or listed with an agent |
| Remedy | Approved credit back to your wallet | Not clear: its pages use both "refund" and "credit" |
| Requests | One per lead | Not stated on the pages we read |
If you work leads slowly, or need three weeks to reach a seller, 21 days is a real benefit. If you call the same day, 5 days is usually enough to know whether a lead matches its card. Our full wording is in the refund policy.
What should I check on iSpeedToLead's pages before I buy?
Three things its own pages leave open: the member price for the leads you actually want, the exact remedy and proof rules for its request window, and its regular price for shared leads.
- The member price for your leads. $199 is a starting price, and some prices are stated differently on different pages.
- How its request window pays out, and what proof it asks for.
- Its regular price for Sale leads, which its pages state two different ways.
If you are undecided, run both for a month with the same buy box and the same follow-up, and compare cost per signed contract, not price per lead. The cost per contract calculator does the math. Looking at other options too? See the iSpeedToLead alternatives.
Common questions
Is DrivenSellers cheaper than iSpeedToLead?
For a small buyer, yes: $99 to $349 listed against a stated regular exclusive price of $399. For a frequent club member at its $199 floor, its price can be lower than our A and A+ prices.
Do I need a membership to buy on DrivenSellers?
No. A free account needs no card, and every buyer pays the same listed price for a lead. Plans are optional and do not discount leads.
Which has the longer request window?
iSpeedToLead states 21 days on Exclusive and Active leads. DrivenSellers gives 5 days from purchase, once per lead.
Are the grades the same on both?
No. Each company grades by its own method, so an A on one is not the same lead as an A on the other.
How old is the competitor information on this page?
